Kathi, owner of the “Leckerbissen” delicatessen shop right in the heart of Grödig, and Hannes, a well-known local who’s always been involved in community life and once worked at Salzburg’s famous Stiegl Brewery, share one big dream: bringing the good old NOPPINGER back to life. Starting in September 2026, with a concept as simple as it is good: traditional Austrian inn-style cooking straight from the oven, a proper beer and a few lovely apartments for short or longer stays. All of this right at the foot of the legendary Untersberg, just a few minutes by car from the beautiful city of Salzburg. Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee are also just a short trip away. This is where we want to create stories together – old ones and new ones.
