Tavern Noppinger

An inn in Grödig, just outside Salzburg, doesn’t really need a lot of explaining. It’s simply a place where things feel right. There are tables and chairs, inside in our cosy traditional dining rooms and outside in the garden. There’s a big bread oven that we’ll fire up and use for cooking. There’s beer. There are regulars’ tables. And, of course, that unmistakable Austrian inn atmosphere: lots of wood, rustic charm, simplicity, authenticity and plenty of cosiness. Even though we’re reopening the NOPPINGER, a lot of things will stay just the way they used to be. Come by and see for yourselves – opening September 2026!
